- Where is it?
APWA is based at the Danie van Zyl Recreation Centre in Montclare Johannesburg South Africa. The address Conner or Rex and Plantation rd, Montclare, Johannesburg.
- When is training?
* Every Monday to Thursday evening from 18:30 – 20:00
- How much does it cost to join?
* First 4 training sessions is free(1 week)! Then there is a Joining\Registration fee of R3 000 that u pay off and then R200 a month school fees.
- I’m not very fit at the moment. Will you whip me into shape or should I build up my fitness first?
*No we will get you wrestling fit!
- Do you have a beginners group or do I just join and learn on the fly?
* Everyone starts from the bottom up!
- Who can wrestle?
Everyone is welcome Girls & Guys from the age of 16 upwards.
